Orders placed Monday – Friday before 4pm ET will ship same day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Depends on your location (see map). Allow an extra day as UPS transit time is not guaranteed.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

If you are close enough to our warehouse location, you can pickup your order in-store.

Artwork

  1. You understand that the colors of the printed image may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to differences in monitor calibration and printing processes.
  2. You understand that the image you upload will be printed as it appears in the uploaded file, and you assume full responsibility for any issues that may arise from poor quality or low resolution of the image unless you pay an Art Service Fee.
  3. You agree to pay the full price of the print job, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees, before the printing process begins.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Order changes and cancellations are not possible once orders are submitted. Your order should be checked for accuracy before submitting.

RETURNS

Because your design is made especially for you, Custom designs are non-returnable and non-refundable.

I certify that I have the rights to my artwork and I understand that Jesmar will refuse any artwork potentially protected by a copyright or trademark unless there is documentation providing authorization.
